I interviewed 3 realtors and by far Tyler was heads above; he had asked a few questions when we booked and I was presented with a rich and detailed overview through maps, satellite images and linking into various City websites of the current market, comparisons of communities etc even before I’d committed to work w him. All of this done w grace and no heavy handed pressure.

I was buying in a Seller’s market and I firmly believe I got the exact house I wanted only because of his initiative and negotiation skills. The day the property listed he called the realtor to see if we could get a viewing despite open houses the next few days - the seller got a chance to meet me and I could ask questions. Then, within a multiple offers situation his guidance, years of experience, relationship w other realtors and really great support of me - I was successful. Never did he take over but his support and advice was amazing.

When we were selling our house, he again gave very good advice. We received a couple of low-ball offers, and he advised us to wait, as a better offer would come along.
