Long before I became a licensed real estate broker, I had been involved in real estate since my late teens. Six months after graduating from high school I bought into a rental home in South Langley. Then, together with my high school sweetheart, and soon to be fiancé, Joy, we purchased and renovated our first home in Fort Langley. 

To accommodate our growing family, we made another move to South Langley and added onto and extensively renovated this home. Over the years, while raising our five children, we somehow found the time to build and sell a spec home and manage rental properties.

In over 25 years of business and sales, I have many fond memories of meaningful interactions with so many intriguing people. I see my persistence, strategic thinking, and anticipation of your needs as being some of my key assets. Years of business transactions, listening to and understanding customer needs, have made my relationship-building and negotiation skills second nature.

Serving others has been, and continues to be, a big part of my life. From helping my elderly neighbours look after their homes, to raising funds for the Canadian Cancer Society, to church leadership and holding several boards of directors positions for Stepping Stones Bible Youth Camp and a local independent elementary and high school is my small way of giving back to this amazing community that has given us so much.
